Mini Event Application is a free application intended to help individuals or very small business owners to keep track of their events. As such, it does not offer any financial or business value to its users. The service level of the application will not match the level of commercial application. This agreement, between you the user and Mini Event Application owner, of the terms of service will be detailed in the following sections.
Mini Event Application allows users to create events with minimum detail, add guests to the event, send and receive event notifications using third party services, or mark the progress manually within the application. When a third party service is used, the terms of service of the third party service will take precedence over mini event service terms. In the event that help on usage or help on issue with the application is needed from Mini Event support, user can send email to help2use@minia2z.com. Response will be posted on the web site http://minia2z.com/minievent/answers when available. It will be a slow response due to the limited resources allocated to service a free application.
While Mini Event Application is free for everyone to use, it is a proprietary software, its code base and database structure are intellectual property owned by Yue Kwong Ng. Any form of alteration, copying and redistribution of the software without the owner's consent are strictly prohibited.
User of Mini Event Application is prohibited to use the application to faciliate the violation of any law or regulation of the user's local or international authorities.
Mini Event Application disclaims any liability for the content of any data the user has entered, transmitted or received via the software.
