About Mini Event

There are many event planning or management Apps in the smartphone world. However, most, if not all of them are quite complicated to use with unnecessary fancy graphics to attract eyeballs instead of serving the right purpose. Also, their target users are often professional event organizers or company executives, who need a myriad of functions which require a lot of time to learn.

In life, there are many simple events like friend's birthday, marriage anniversary, interview, work, task, project, etc with recurring or non-recurring occurrences. For these simple events, you only need a simple App to keep track of them. It will be good to enter only the minimum information required of an event in the most straight forward way, and be able to track it and manage guest replies immediately, without being overwhelmed by the bells and whistles which you don't need.

Mini Event is intended for individual or the owner of tiny business to keep track of all their events. They can get reminders and mark guest replies to plan for their events early. 

Since the App is providing minimum functions ( the most needed though ) to track an event, it is named 'Mini Event'.

It is free for all to use. There's no Advertisement, no in-App purchase built in, and no pop-up. Absolutely no distraction !!!

What's the future ?

1. Mini Event App will need someone to help push it out to the vast public audience to gain its publicity.

2. Develop more 'Mini' Apps which are for personal usage and work in hand with 'Mini Event', like in a suite.

3. Commercialize the 'Mini' Apps Suite.

I believe there are quite a number of people who, like me, want to do something more freely instead of doing routine work for other people, and could not due to limited resources. Regarding the 'Mini' Apps Suite, I have registered the  minia2z.com  website for this purpose.  The name minia2z has two parts , 'mini' and 'a2z' meaning mini apps from a to z. The site has 'Mini Event' as its first member now.
